Yeah start with easier clans and work our way up, we will then realise who our strong players are and what our strengths are and weakness. Then we can work to improve, also play with each other more in game would help know how each of us play.

Yea we have to start with easier clans, and everyone must add people in your gamespy friendist( if you use gamespy)
and play together so we get better teamplay
